  • 1/2 cup Arrowroot Flour
  • 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
  • 1/4 cup (50g) butter, softened
  • ½ cup white sugar
  • 1 egg
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

  • Take a baking sheet and line it with parchment paper. Preheat the oven to 3500F.
  • Sieve the all-purpose flour to remove any lumps. Transfer it to a big bowl. Add arrowroot flour, baking powder, and salt to it. Mix it properly.

  • Make sure the butter and sugar mixture is beaten properly to make the batter smooth.
  • Check the biscuits properly and allow a bit more baking time if they are rolled thicker.
  • Cool the biscuit completely to have that crunchiness in it.
